Great link Suzanne - Marlon Blackwell has been one of my favorites architects for a long time. He does a great job of blending modernism with the vernacular. The Gentry Library has one of the coolest facades for an adaptive reuse project.

That Flaming Lips house is AWESOME. It's like an elementary school on the outside, an Eichler house (on of my all time fav architects!) on the inside, and part spaceship-cave thingy. Nice find!
