Award-Winning Southern Show Home Boasts Simonton Windows

The 3,070-square-foot show home was designed by Ocean 3 Designs out of Wilmington, North Carolina, and visited by hundreds during the special event. Priced in the $450,000 to $500,000 range, the ENERGY STAR® compliant home was presold before the parade of homes.

The Intercept spacer system and dual glazed insulated glass units help ensure maximum energy efficiency and that every window meets ENERGY STAR requirements.
